I called Jeff before they opened. He called me back due to a missed call. I’m camping at Fairfield State Park and broke my rear derailleur on a trail. He had one in stock and fixed it in a timely manner. Very professional work and a great price. Thank you Jeff.

Bought my first MTB and I wanted it assembled by a pro. Enter Jeff who owns Athens Bicycle Shop. Jeff did an excellent job at a fair price and gave me a wealth of information about biking to boot! Letting a pro do it is the way to go for a noob. Went back today and Jeff expertly installed my KS internally routed dropper post . 👍

I regret taking my hardtail there to be rebuilt. On my first ride (about 200 ft) i discovered the rear wheel bearings were not there and the top an bottom stem compents were reversed causing the handlebar to turn only with a lot of force, and the derailleurs were not tuned slipped in an out of gear. Luckily it only costs me $50 to have it fixed elsewhere. Please make sure your bikes works properly when you pick it up from here

Very nice gentleman running the shop...so considerate to perform an economical repair so as not to run the price up unnecessarily. I thought those days were nearly gone! I would bring him more work in a heartbeat.
