Once I was trying to buy flowers but the cashier was having trouble finding the price of them and a few of the workers were fighting about something that has to do with beer. The cashier was no help with finding the price for the flowers even though I told them where I got them and they the price from them. The other worker was just standing around not doing anything but fighting about beer even though they were underage.

I just left Brookshires and am extremely disappointed in how horrible this grocery store has become. They had green grapes on sale for .99 pound. Apparently they were out so they replaced the area with bags of red grapes - but kept the .99 price up. This is deceptive and a quality company would not allow it. I called to speak with a manager but the system hung up on me. Don’t defraud your customers. Take the sale price down and don’t try to sneak one by your once loyal customers.
