Never TRY getting any phone assistance if you plan on purchasing anything by phone becaue you can’t get the online store site you are Tryibg to buy from to have delivered be any more frustrating than you already are because you can’t get website to work. In order to take order or answer the phone in Lindale, it’s an act of God! The associate who I Finally got in appliances told me they could not order what I needed because they didn’t offer the item In stire. I said I know that. It’s only order online to have shipped to store or home. I don’t want at stire. I’m trying to order it myself online and it’s not working can I do on the phone. Again, no, let me send you to customer service lol. It rang and rang and kept on and I almost hung up and then after a whole 22 minutes someone decided to answer the customer service line in stire. The associate that took my order was not only having a hard time hearing anything so I had to repeat everything three or more times. They also they won’t take an over the phone order unless you are paying with the lowes credit card. They’ll leave you on phone holding for hours. Customer service obviously has a phone but they don’t use it. I know they aren’t that busy and if so, either get someone hired to just answer phones. At least within a certain amt of time. They don’t have any automated option to go back to another person due to the phone just continually ringing. Also, online, when you order and the store attached you are ordering from closest to you, has the fax number listed and not the store phone to contact (Lindale, Tx) so again, you have to google to even call the store. I’ll never shop at this store or any Lowes again as this is the second hell I’ve gone through ordering, calling, getting my order and leaving me so frustrated and spent that I’m done. Train your people and get you website right. Even when you order and say in the checkout want to add an actors of something you have in the cart. It only gives description and not the item number so you can’t click on it and it take u to the item nooooo. It just says the description. I’ll go back to Home Depot. Even if it’s higher in price.

Perfect visit. From the moment I got directions to find a couple of items I had left off my online order to load I my help at he big door everything was great. Online pickup was excellent! (Last trip was a 1 star experience because of Store Manager Tyler’s total disgust at my existence— not an actual exaggeration. He was dismissive, abrasive, lacking in interpersonal skills and made me fearful of my life for asking questions about “vinyl floor repair kits” a Lowes product he refused to acknowledge and angered him when I showed him a link on the Lowes website. Fearing actual assault, I left my purchases in the basket and exited the store before his glare. Camille was the best. Management should acknowledge her great work… probably not Tyler. Get someone else. He might scare her with his compliments. If you think I’m overreacting just ask him a question. Any question. How’s your day, Tyler? — then back away slowly. Going to keep editing this review. A quick scan of less than 5 star reviews, reviewers pointed out how Tyler was "manacing". Tyler couldn't afford a plane ticket January 6.

I was in lowes today 10/07/22, I was lost as to what I needed, and pat t , was the nicest in helping me find everything I needed in lumber. Then he went above and beyond and helped me load it all. With no help from other employees, he did it ..he rocked it out, he was awesome in helping me today..

I have not done aluminum, but I have done peel and stick ! I believe you could do aluminum, but not sure what you would cut them with !
