Extremely satisfied with my experience dealing with Walker & Walker. Jennifer, Leah and Andrew provided "smooth as glass" guidance throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this law firm.

Sounds like you have a Fair Credit Reporting Act case. I will dispute it for free and either get them to fix it quickly or pay you $1,000 and fix it after a few months.

should I continue making credit card payments if I plan to file bankruptcy?

Most of the time the answer is that you should stop paying when you intend to file bankruptcy. Sometimes, however, it can be different based on your specific situation. I will reach out to you by telephone to make sure we have the correct plan.

Talk about incompetent!!! We made an appointment for Tuesday...they wanted a Monday...we said no, we have other appointments on Monday so Tuesday it was...show up on Tuesday, as this was when it was for and they are trying to say it it was yesterday

Hi Susan, this is Andrew Walker. I am sorry that we had the wrong day for the appointment. I spoke with the receptionist who booked the appointment, and she apologized for entering it incorrectly. To fix the problem, we offered to do the appointment on Tuesday by video conference with a lawyer at one of our other locations. I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding and inconvenience.
