The people down at the deq are very unhelpful and very rude. Unwilling to work with your schedule, and if it's not their way, it's no way. I'm not sure who I spoke with, (a lady) but she was the rudest person I've ever managed to have a phone call with. Great mission, terrible buisness, terrible employees.

If for private residence, it normally is state or local plumbing department. If it is part of an on-site septic system, then Eastern Idaho Public Health Department would also be involved.
