The POD sat in my yard for two weeks because they either did not want to remove it because they did not have a place to take it OR the driver was just too lazy to make a full effort. Of course I was charged for this time. Poor customer service was on the phone for multiple hours to make a move

Everyone was helpful and very customer service oriented. Additionally, PODS was very clear about costs and billing, the process was explained very well. PODS wasn't the least expensive option, but the convenience was well worth any extra expense. I would use them again for a move.

The price varies between size of container, storing at your location, or at the warehouse. Also delivery fees vary based on milage. You can get a free quote online at pods.com or call the pods 800 number.
We do not have ramps for our containers as they are leveled close to the ground.
