Mr. McFarland, The the TS350 has about 275 gallons. Because it is a relatively small amount of water it may be worth draining and starting over. If you need any help on this please feel free to call our customer service line at 623-939-0851.

Hot tubs don't have on-off switches if it's 110 it has a regular plug if it's 220 it's hardwired and you turn it on from the breaker box

The lifetime warranty covers the shell and the cover. The electronics (pump, pack, topside) are covered for 3 years. Labor is covered for 1 year. If you have any other questions let me know.
