Called into technical support for an obscure issue and spoke to Apollo. He assured me it was not obscure and was able to answer all my questions. Apollo is an example of who any support organization should hire. I will recommend Sparklight to friends.

Not a good place to work. I worked IT here, they are not accommodating and most of the people that come in the door here get fired or leave. All they have left there are people that have been there for 10+ years of 2-3 months. Poor management.

Sparklight has refused to provide us services and would rather discriminate against a disabled individual to justify not dong their jobs. a General Manager Raymond Ness has not only discriminated against us he has threatened us and stated that he is going to interfere with the only internet service with the speeds and plans we need and has instructed tech support to not assist us on fixing the issues with our internet that has been going on for nearly 2 months. Raymond Ness has indicated he plans on blocking our access to services of disabled individuals and is allowing others to assist him in refusing to fix speed issues and other issues causing us not to have reliable service and speeds. Raymond Ness threatened us he would do this and cut our services off simply for bringing this up. Sparklight doesn't uphold, honor nor care about the rights of disabled individuals and uses subertfuge tactics, coercion , threats , discrimination and intimidation to justify refusing to provide services for disabled consumers. Cable One d.b.a. Sparklight is still allowing a local office to interfere with tech support services regarding tech support issues still at this present time

Signed up for the service for business. Continued to receive large amount of promotional mail trying to get us to sign up for service we already have. Have called a half dozen times to speak with tech support to get the mailings stopped (huge waste of money and natural resources) and still receiving them.

I believe you're stuck with Cox if you want cable or high speed internet. The answer to your second question is that I'm highly unsatisfied with Cox, and I sincerely wish that Cable One serviced the Phoenix metro area.
This can. Be located on cableone.net under bill pay with the po box
