I have been in person multiple times. Very little seating in court room. You can do by phone also but I havent done that personally. I have been in the court room while other party is on the phone for court. Hope this helps

my son cannot see his children for a year only supervised visits his ex-wife said she used his record that he had it for a spousal abuse but he won't fight it what do you do

Its worth fighting for. He can open a case and request visitations its his right. No matter if he has a record or not
