This was my first time visiting DSW. I was amazed at the amount of shoe varieties they had available. It was a huge store and there were some employees restocking shelves with shoes and walking around the store. I knocked off a point because there weren't any employees to be found when we needed help. The store was a horrible, horrible mess!!! I'm wheelchair bound and there were maybe 4 isles I could ACTUALLY GO DOWN that weren't littered with shoes, papers, open boxes, closed boxes people left on the floor. There were only 2 cashiers when we went to pay and there was quite a line forming. And the tile floor was FILTHY with dirt, pieces of paper and just little pieces of junk under the counter that could be seen while standing in line. GROSS!
