I found this Bull TERRIOR she’s in pretty bad shape I was wondering if there was a program or any way she can get help and I leave a deposit and make payments to keep her alive...? Is there an organization that can please help me?

Yes but there a wait list but they do help you I've been neutering my cats with them I trust them completely

We have a family of cats ,we use to keep them inside but landlord didn't approve. We took them outside and now we have a male, female and 2 kittens. Big question? Do you take in cats? We don't like to let them live outside and have some more.
