*Employee Review OWE has been the best install experience I’ve had in my solar sales career. I’ve sold for others such as Sunrun, Titan Solar Power, Kayo Energy but none of them have been able to keep my customers as happy as Our World Energy. Response times are VERY fast, customer communication is great, and their equipment is leading the industry. They treat their employees with respect and everyone works very hard and it shows in OWE’s customer satisfaction. 100% recommend working with OWE. Just a few installs I’ve had done by OWE in the last couple months.

I hired Our worldenergy to install panels on my roof which was done in the middle of August. After numerous calls to the service department and supervisors, four visits from there technicians I still don't have all panels up and running. I feel I have been more than patient but I keep getting the same run around. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

If I could put a negative on here I would , this place is one of worst people to do business with we have been waiting forever, If anything could go wrong it did, The poor customer service Girl is trying to help , but from the salesmen to "team" have done nothing but lie, these people are not even willing to return a phone calls, or update anymore ... Please think twice before using them...I wish i never even got involved in the first place I cant even tell them where they can stick this, only way out is by payoff the over price loan they put us in, I could go on and on about how much has gone wrong so far and we started this process almost a year ago.. Here it is 9/19/22 still not producing properly and they had to redo almost all of it, not to mention the battery still isn't hooked up . when we went live, we didn't produce anything for about 2-3 weeks before they cam out to fix it, now they are out again changing more equipment ,because it wasn't install properly Never heard from anyone but 1 customer service person everytime , I guess this company thinks its fine 10/12/22 Update still not completely set up This is a joke... your company should let me out of this contract I am done

Questions & Answers

When OWE came to propose installing solar power - I remember distinctly that a system would be capable of producing at least 110% of my power consumption. This has never happened. Was my installation somehow restricted?

The distinction in your case may be it produces 110% of what you home needs over 12 months, but that doesn't always mean completely erasing your utility bill because of various connection fees. Typically the closer to 125% a system can get the more likely a negative running balance is with the utility company is.

I'm considering, doing this in Tucson, I just had y house rewired last year. My question is about how much can I expect to pay monthly on my energy bill?

Hi Tom, great question - depending on your needs and energy goals you can reduce your bill from anywhere between 20%-100% depending on system size and orientation
