I am trying to get my house painted and had to reach out to the HOA for approval on the colors. I was told to send in the paper work three different times and still haven't received a response back. I attempted to call them but they are only open Mon-Thurs. The colors are on the approved colors list on the Sherwin Williams website. I just called back again and was told the same thing. Its still waiting to be approved and could take another 30 days. Someone from the HOA needs to come to the neighborhood and see some of the awful and unapproved colors some of the houses are being painted. Yet I am trying to go the proper route and paint the house one of the colors that the HOA prefers and they cannot be bothered to review and approve it Edit: 07-10-2020 So its been over two weeks and they still cant find 5 minutes to review the paperwork and approve it so i can have my house painted.

Where to start with this poor excuse of a company. I’ll start with the landscape they hired to maintain the community that charges twice as much to maintain the place then surrounding communities that are 4 times the size of mine. I’ve been a home owner and landlord for 10 years and dealt with property management companies before so let me tell you about the experience with these guys. My property value in superstition views in San tan valley has gone down with this property management company. The pool always looks terrible and green with the overpriced pool company that is supposed to maintain it that Oasis management hired. There’s only 1 tiny little pool that is smaller then the one in my backyard in the ENTIRE community and somehow cost 6 times more to maintain then the my bigger one at home and is not even heated during the winter. The grass throughout the community is always dead i have never seen it green since this company has taken over 5 plus years ago. The part that really gets me is the payment every month that gets sent automatically from my bank to them the first week of every SINGLE month and somehow the check sent ALWAYS gets cashed the day after the late date that means it takes over 3 weeks for them to get my check EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I’ve talked to my bank and they keep receipts of the sent out checks (just like any other bank) and there is not a chance is there fault especially when it’s automatic but the property management company keeps blaming the bank and there’s nothing the home owner or landlord can do beside pay late fees and keep dealing with the problem witch in this case is THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I will put pictures up of the property landscape and pool. So if your looking for a home or an investment do some research ask your realtor who manages the property your looking at because if it’s a company like this I would stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM

This is an absolutely despicable and unethical company. Oasis has turned Barrington Estates in East Mesa into a nightmare community to live in. The front page of Oasis’ website says, “We work with the Board of Directors and community to run the community as a business by following and complying with all applicable city, state, federal and community statutes and covenants…” The statement is partially true. They DO in fact run your community as a BUSINESS. However, they do it by engaging in discriminatory targeting of residents, arbitrary practices, and inconsistent inspections. In return, Oasis collects obscene amounts of dollars from residents. Meanwhile, the same violations they constantly fine neighbors for can be observed and documented all over the neighborhood’s common areas. I, along with at least a dozen of my neighbors, have multiple evidence of these practices. A class-action lawsuit is currently being proposed by neighbors. This must stop immediately. #stopoasispropertymanagement.

This company, or maybe just the person in charge of our neighborhood does not EVER call anyone back, and if there is questions, or issues, they are to busy to talk to you, or get back to you . Be prepared to talk to the secretary who can only tell you that she'll have the person in charge get back to you. Also be prepared to never get a call back. Not only has this happened to me on a couple of different occasions, but reading through the history of the neighborhood Facebook page, this is a very common occurrence. In 20+ years of living in HOA run neighborhoods, I have never seen a property management company so unresponsive. Perhaps oasis forgets that they work for the neighborhood and the people in the neighborhood. Also oasis, please dont respond with " give us a call at the office "... been there, tried that.
