My husband and I went in today to shop for hiking shoes. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get much help in the shoe area. SW lost a $300 sale. There were 6 employees near the registers within sight of us. I wasn’t going to track down help twice. We went home and ordered online and not from SW.

Not sure but they do offer many classes throughout the year.
Looks like they have one in Mesa on 9/9 they are listed on the website for each store location.
