I brought my zero turn in unexpectedly to fill up one of my front tires. Micheal dropped what he was doing and got me back onto my accounts quickly. I then brought the mower back after throwing a belt and was unable to reattach the tension spring. He came out and assisted me and then gifted me a re attachment tool. Michael's turn around time on equipment is very quick as well. I don't have to worry about being without a piece of equipment for long. Sparkees also has a nice field in the back that has plenty of room for a truck and trailer to park and offload equipment.

I’ve been in retail business for over 20 years. I told my employees feedback is good. It helps us improve to move our yardstick. We did the best job possible and 1 small mistake s/he will be named in social media. it is part of nature for customers to voice complains than rare praise. When we see folks doing above and beyond, we should pause and praise by their efforts. It’s very hard to find professionals these days who has demonstrated competency and service mind set. I have been a customer to Sparkees for the past few years and i will highly recommend them to any homeowners. They do a good job as promised.

I took my lawnmower to get the blade sharpened and has a chance to meet the owner. He took one look at the blade and said, "I'd love to have your business but your blade doesn't need sharpening." That's honest character and he won my future business because of his integrity.
