I own a small business and your truck keeps parking in front of and taking up 5 spots of the 12 and the driver could care less. Try to call and I get someone over seas and can’t get anyone local. They would not give me any number to call and just doesn’t care about the small business they hurt. I hope someone sees this and can give me a number to call. I will be talking to the local police chef also. As you can see they responded with the same number for everyone. It’s the same number that gets you to people overseas that don’t care. So once again this company cares nothing about small business owners so please do not use their service. And if someone reads this the one 800 number is the same number I called if you have a local number to Charlotte where I can talk to someone in the United States of America please post it.

The government is ruining our companies and businesses ( much like the Government has ruined Domestic Oil Companies with EV's ) . THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. THEY DOUBLE AND TRIPLE BILL. ALL AGENTS ARE OVER SEAS. THEY CONSTANTLY DROP CALLS AND AFTER LONG WAIT TIME. I CANCELED DUE TO THESE ISSUES. DO NOT USE THEM EVER.

I am completely disgusted with this organization. I booked a one time service and was overcharged by over $1,100. I knew I was going to be over charged so I called before the payment was debited, (they won’t schedule you until you give them payment information). When I called and spoke with a representative, I was told that I was being charged for 10 96 gallon containers, I explained, that I only got one tote. This service was performed in April, I started calling weekly in May, I still as of June 7 have not received a refund. I was told that a refund would take 1 to 2 billing cycles, to which I explained that was unreasonable. It appears that they have every intention of making me wait the one to two billing cycles to get my refund. I have I had to call twice today both times I asked to speak with a manager, both times my car was disconnected. I’m at a point now where I feel like I need to contact a lawyer. I will never use, nor recommend this service to anyone. Moreover, my employer currently uses this organization and I feel like I have a duty to escalate my concern up. I feel like my employer may not be auditing the services they’re receiving on a regular basis and I feel like it’s possible for anyone to be overcharged for their service .
