The wife and I had an excellent time learning some interesting local history at the Rosson House! I couldn't be happier with how our little day trip went. The tour guide, Cara, was so polite and did an amazing job with our group. The whole campus is simply stunning, they take great care in preserving the history here.

The house, tour, and surrounding area were so amazing and enjoyable. We got our tickets at the building next door and enjoyed the gift shop and history wall while waiting for the tour to start. The tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. The house itself is so detailed and fancy and historically accurate (except for the AC but I welcomed that!) Well worth the $12.

There is an exterior lift that can take people up to the first floor, but not to the second floor or the attic (when open).
Unfortunately we do not. When did you see it on display?
It is possible to rent the Rosson House for a small (30 people max) ceremony in the foyer. Larger events take place in the Lath Pavilion. Please contact Shannon at events at heritagesquarephx.com for more info. Thanks.
Official Heritage Square answer: Yes, all the buildings, including Rosson House, are air conditioned. You can visit in comfort!
It is free just to walk around and see all the homes form the outside but if you want to take a tour in the rosson house they do charge. I don't remember how much but I think it's very minimal.
The Rosson House Museum is open for public tours on Fridays, from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, with the last tour starting at 4:00 pm. Tours are every hour on the hour. The cost is $10 for adults, $9 for AAA, seniors, students, or military, and $5 for children ages 5 - 12. Members are free. Please come see us soon!
So the story goes. We saw no evidence of that when we toured. But that is not a reason to miss it. Great tour, lots of fantastic historical info
To tour the Rosson House, the price is $9 for adults, $8 for seniors/military/AAA/students and $4.00 for children. When the Rosson House is open the Details exhibit in another building is often open for free.
