Worst experience I've ever had while doing business with any company. The salesman misrepresented what they were offering. They promised to service the solar system but, never even attempted to follow up. My system stopped working and I couldn't get them to send out a technician. So I asked the representative for a phone number to the supervisor, and she claimed she didn't have a phone number to reach her supervisor. How is that even possible? I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This company was recommended by some of my family, and they were great overall. I got a reasonable quote pretty easily. Really good customer service, they had answers to any questions that i had. They were super friendly and everything went over smoothly.

Equisolar sold me my solar energy, and told me when they wanted to sell me the project that if I sold the house and the buyer didn't want it the panels they would transfer them for one time to another house at no charge. Guess what??? Big lie. They will not do it, and now they say it is not in the contract. Guess is my fault for trusting them. The second issue, I bought the system to cut my electricity bill to zero, and the study they made was so wrong, that I am still paying hundreds of dollars a month since they were installed.

My mom bought a system from Equisolar last year. Ever since she switched to solar she’s been saving $50 a month. The customer service team is always available to help her out, and the team at Equisolar recently gave me a great discounted deal for being part of the Refer A Friend program! I highly recommend Equisolar!

Good afternoon Mr. Hector. You don't want to answer our calls. I sent him an email on December 12 with no response with our direct number. We need to confirm if you have removed the system since we have not had production since July 18, 2021. I would appreciate if you could communicate and we would clarify everything. But you must listen to us please. Thank you so much.
when did you call to cancel? you only have 3 days, if you call within those days you should have no problems.
