Unfortunately my experience was not a favorable one. The A/C did not work. It was 82 degrees in the room and my sheets were soaking wet. I asked staff about it and was told it was broken. I had a fan, but only blowing hot air!

The admin is great. Matthew is stellar. But the cna’s are horrific. I found my Harry in crusted poop so many times. They lost all of his clothing , kept in gowns , never took him outside He literally lived in his bed for months. Got a shower perhaps every two weeks because they said he was combative. This man is the most docile person ever. He receive disgusting food Sometimes not even on the plate but on the placemat. The people we have there are loved ones. They deserve respect. , Harry had non except for Matthew. And no , I would never recommend this place to anyone

The Haven of Scottsdale is an incredible place. My father was admitted there, and he instantly loved it! The atmosphere is warm and pleasant and the nurses/care team and staff are top notch. We felt at ease knowing he was there being cared for. I highly recommend The Haven for anyone who requires skilled nursing care! IThis is my 2nd review. My father stayed here and actually passed away there. The staff and executive director were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs during that difficult time. So, when my mom needed to find a skilled nursing home, the Haven was obvious choice. My mom was very happy with her stay! Luckily she only had to stay for a few days because she was recovering quite nicely! I highly recommend bringing your loved one here!
