Do not send your loved ones to this facility.. their staff from front to back are terrible and could care less about your loved ones or their well being.. there are one or two caregivers that truly care and want to make a difference but they are few and far between. Even their director will just tell you what you want to hear and not attempt to get anything done.. my grandfather was there and they treated him like he was a piece of trash.. wouldn’t bathe or change him or when he would fall out of bed they would just leave him on the ground for hours citing that he was too heavy or they were too understaffed to get him back up.. do not waste your time with this place.. it may look nice from the outside but it will be the biggest mistake you ever make if you choose this place

It's a great organization to work for; our staff is always supportive whenever I need any help taking care of the residents which is my primary responsibility. I have work at other facilities that didn't have the same teamwork that is not the case with Pacifica Senior living we all work together which makes my job less difficult. I work here for some time now and I enjoyed working here. The staffs and residents are all seems happy here.
