Positive: Coffee was always available in the lobby. Location is good despite the massive construction going on. Negative: Room was very small. Rooms windows and window-well black and dirty. The whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke.

I was told when I booked a block of rooms that I wouldn’t have to give a guess of estimated room rentals. We were told that it would be “first come first serve.” I was very disappointed to learn that my block was capped at 15 rooms. I was expecting many out of town guests of my 250 wedding guests. I had to reach out to other hotels in a different area to accommodate more guests and therefore increase shuttle services. Knowing my block was capped at 15 rooms would have been helpful to know at the time of booking so I could plan accordingly. My room also smelled like smoke. It was in the pillows and bed… gross.

Do not recommend staying here. Our room reaked like cigarettes and the sink and the bath were backing up with water. Asked for a different room but they were completely booked. Just felt so dirty and gross.

I have yet to stay here as our reservations are for this weekend but I have to tell you Nicole (excuse me if spelling is different) at the front desk is phenomenal. I can be a pain when booking from questioning reservation dates to details of the rooms etc., however Nicole handled things accordingly and got us the rooms we needed to fit our needs, she is wonderful!!!!! Will update after our stay.
