Was there on Saturday. Dan was excellent and helpful. The bad part is they don't have enough help. We were told an hour but it was more like 2 and a half before we got helped. Excellent customer service but bad help due to lack of people.

Me and my fam went in to get some new phones, we asked if they had any 13’s in stock and they said no. I said why don’t we go to Walmart, than the manager starts saying the phones could be delivered and at our house in 4-5 days. So we order our family new ones and it’s been 3 weeks. We just now received that they have been canceled Bc we wrote a bad review 2 weeks ago about the management lying to use! So we re ordered them. Thanks T-mobile! Hopefully they all come in one peace!
