Waited over 10 minutes before anyone came to counter none said a word as we walked in or waited went to bathroom and bathroom was so bad it was like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. So I didn't even wanna eat there we left

They are still open 24 hours. That women may have been confused about the location, but I assure you, it's open 24 hours. I have a friend that works there on the night shift.
