First off I want to say that the young lady on her phone never greeted me to see what I needed while the other lady was helping a customer, where is the team work. I was ubering so if I was a customer I would have walked out. It was about 10pm. She was on her phone via facetime while handling food and materials. Sitting her phone on the fryers while dropping something to be fried not washing her hands. How sanitary is that. The restaurant didnt smell good at all, trash everywhere, liquid on the floor. The guy that worked drive thru was nice and he was rotating back and forth while this young lady continued to be on the phone. I had to wait 10 minutes for my delivery order. I told my customer at drop off if you get sick this is why and showed proof of why. If it was up to me I wouldn't have finished the delivery but the customer already paid uber and I already accepted the order. Didnt want to mess my percentage up. I will be contacting the GM about this matter. Unacceptable!!!

Slow service. Cold sandwich. Locked doors and several people trapped inside when they went DT only.

Hope the manager can see it. I know you don’t need highly skilled employees, but you should at least make sure the people you hired can move their limbs at a normal speed to decrease the waiting time( THEY WERE SLOW! mentally and physically.)and meet the minimum IQ requirement to take the right order I’m sure you will make way more money with normal workers.
