Very disappointed in the behavior of a long term male employee when I was returning a shower rod. He was rude and implied that it was not purchased at their store. I’ve been shopping at Berings for decades and was shocked at his rudeness. I choose to shop local and purchased a “ big green egg “ from Berings but will not shop at Berings again !!

The responses on excellent customer service...far from my experience in this ridiculously high priced shop. I pass this store regularly. After seeing the big fuss they did there before the holidays with the big tent outside and people showing up all dressed up, I decided to later check it out. I visited this location last week shortly after they opened. I walked through the entire store and not one single clerk out of possibly 5 or 6 I passed offered help or even made eye contact. I passed some clerks multiple times. I was dressed in my worst sweats obviously didn't look the part to shop in this store. Maybe if I walked in dressing more upscale looking ready to spend too much money on unnecessary things I would of grabbed more attention.

Our weekly farmers market will now be at our Westheimer location only. However, will continue to do seasonal pop-up events at Bissonnet in collaboration with The Feel Good Group. We made this change with the goal of building community awareness of this market, and we believe this consistency will help continue to grow this market.
It depends on the type of tip you need. We have the screw in type if you have metal legs. If you are looking for decorative tips for wood legs, a lumber yard may be a better choice.
We do carry a selection of Feltman Bros. dresses in both our stores. We do not have baby jewelry.

We do have a selection of rain gauges. In our Lawn & Garden department we have several of the standard glass/plastic collection gauges and in our Electrical department we have the more sophisticated, electronic rain stations. You can see them if you search for "Rain Gauge" on our website, berings.com.
We carry some internal electrical part's. We can order many other parts. We don't carry brand-specific parts. Please call our electrical department at 1-800-BERINGS
I am afraid not. We do carry the Ball RealFruit Pectin powder at our Bissonnet location. I think HEB carries Certo liquid.
We carry the standard light switch hardware in both our Houston stores. We carry a range of decorative light switch back plates as well.
I'm 95% sure they carry it.
