Been my go to for a few years now (thanks to their proximity to Buffalo Grille), but unfortunately it’s gotten to the point that I’ll be looking for another. Cuts are what you would expect from a large chain. For shorter hair cuts don’t go too crazy and you’ll be fine. I have no experience with cuts for longer hair, so I can’t comment on that. I understood they were understaffed following the pandemic which is understandable. I suppose their recent price increases along with removing the men and women weekly specials is also understandable given all that’s going on. The main issue that has led me to finally posting a negative review is their consistent inability to hold on time to a scheduled appointment (no need to arrive early/on-time as you will mainly increase the amount of time you wait). However, in todays case, it was a failure to be truthful about how busy they were at over the phone. “Not that busy” should not mean we have 3 people getting cuts, 3 people waiting, and appointments coming in. I suppose that all this business occurred in the 5 minutes I took to drive there (Google maps says 3mins, but let’s give them the benefit of the doubt). People’s time is valuable and simple honesty should be the norm.

Overcharged and really bad blow dry. Would not recommend this place. Dont plan to go back ever again.
