I mean, technically, everything is based on income—I believe to qualify you need to have an income 3x the rent. Could be 2.5, you'd have to ask the leasing office. Standard apartment rental qualifying requirements more or less.
At Hickory Chase, we believe in community. That's why we host monthly resident events. Although we encourage our employees to attend, it's not mandatory.

Yes, you can break a lease at Hickory Chase. There are two buy outs you can choose from. A 30 day notice and pay equal to two months rent. A 60 day notice and pay equal to one months rent.
