We went to get duck donuts at 7:30pm-ish, tonight (September 17, 2022) and there were three employees working. Two young men and a girl who appeared to be the manager? She was visibly irritated over some mess that was made in the bathroom (we know because she was exclaiming about “bodily fluids”) and shouting at the boys who were incredibly patient and quiet. She even began shouting the F word at the boys (told one of them to F-off) and threatened to not give one of them a ride home. It made the 10ish guests in the store visibly uncomfortable. We mostly just felt bad for the boys who were apologetic about the wait time and very polite. We love duck donuts and always enjoy the taste, but this was so so different than every other experience. Hope that this behavior is confronted because not only was it completely unprofessional but it was just super unkind.
