They are ok, but all seem rather rushed, and they aren't customer oriented. More of a, "I can't do that" attitude instead of, "let me see what I can do that works for both of us"

We apologize for this inconvenience. We have recently change or points of sell system and merging the system over has created a lot of problems. We hope to solve these problems with in the next few weeks.
