EDIT: Just found my bill from then guess it pays off to keep paperwork even that old!! It's ether a bill from 20 years a go or last month?(have not gone to see the doctor in over 2 years) But my doctor quite last year? So they just payed the bill now or this is a recent fraudulent claim!!?? If this was a new claim. Call the doctor's office at Mountain health in Kellogg her names on the picture of the bill and see for your self when she quit.. I dropped blue cross last month before the new year, through health and welfare. Now is this a way to keep me active, so I am not able to drop them you tell me??..I have called them and stated that I did not want them a year ago they said I would have to contact health and welfare so I did now this!!??? PS.. Never filled out any of the paper work they ever sent me. Since the very first time they added very very personal questions they penciled in!!.. So how is it I'm covered?

I had to make a couple of phone calls so I knew going into the doctors office what were my financial obligations at the time of service. I spoke with a helpful and pleasant as well as informative person every time! Good job team! I have to say that you need to change a few things with your follow up calls. That was so annoying, the questions , seriously? Lighten up

I pay for the bronze plan. I understand it's the lowest heath care option, but nothing is covered. I pay out of pocket for everything. All that it covers is catastrophic injury. I pay over $330 a month.

I can't find any listed email address, but on the members website (members.bcidaho.com), go to "Contact" at the top -> "Customer Service", and you can fill out a question form for which they will likely respond to in a day or so. Hope that helps!

Hi Dan - it depends. If you purchased your plan through Your Health Idaho, the number is 877-848-9995. If you bought directly from Blue Cross of Idaho then it is 877-778-4509. You can also always call the number on the back of your member ID card for customer service. They will be more than happy to help out! ~ Heather
