The experience I have had with living in these apartments was worse than I could've ever imagined. I moved out early this last Summer & left my roommate in the apartment; When sending my 30 notice I asked for confirmation from management that they had received it and they emailed back that they did. Come to find out they never removed me from the lease! when I asked why I was still getting emails months later regarding lease renewal I was confused. I told the manager that there was a mistake and that I should have been taken off the lease months ago as I did everything required to move out and be taken off the lease. She then asked me to forward emails of my notice with their response. AND THEN NEVER RESPONDED!!! Now I am getting emails to confirm my move out even though I moved out months ago. Diana if you're reading this you best reach out to me and take care of this. insane, unfair, and ridiculous. DO YOUR JOB!!

I have lived here for roughly 3 months, and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I currently have a pending lawsuit against them, case number: CV01 22 12240, with a second lawsuit forthcoming. I have had an issue with the HVAC in the apartment above me since the day that I moved in. They ignored my repeated repair requests, ignored my request to move into a different unit, ignored my request for management follow up, and did not even respond to my letter of intent to sue. They then refused my certified mail, and did not contact me until 3 days after being served, and have still not acknowledged that I am suing them except for the required filing in court. In their response in court, A.H. the Greystar district manager, lied no less than 3 times, and simultaneously in email and phone conversation contends that the problem doesn’t exist, the problem exists but we can’t fix it, the problem exists and we fixed it, and we were never told of the problem. After offering them a solution I heard nothing for 2 weeks, but days after advising that I was hiring an attorney a tenant was moved in above me at 11:30pm, with a dog that now barks 10 hours a day. They will not address accusations of retaliation, and instead claim that these are normal noise levels for an apartment, despite me providing them with video proof of the issue. I live on the 3rd floor, and the dog and neighbor can be heard in the first-floor stairwell, and the HVAC above can be heard in the hall outside of my unit. I am sure I am not the only one dealing with this. I provided them with a final offer to end all of this with a 48-hour request for response, of which they could not meet that deadline. Additionally, they have ignored requests when I am simply attempting to comply with the lease by updating my vehicle information so that I am not towed for parking. Maintenance requests are marked as “completed” with not a single follow up or phone call to advise of whether the issue was ever addressed. *Edited to remove links to videos of issues*

The complex is modern and clean. However, the leasing front office woman we dealt with had a chip on her shoulder. She seemed inconveniences when asked if we could see the location of another apartment, and was gossipy about past tenants, whom she complained about to a coworker in front of potential residents. Great customer service will make or break a company.
