Yes, the new North Shore branch is now open as of Tuesday, 6/30/2020. Hours are 9am to 5pm M-F. Currently, the branch is not on the shared branch network but will be soon. However, all other Texas Bay branches are shared branches. There are 2 branches that are less than 20 minutes away from the North Shore branch. Summerwood branch is located at 12310 W. Lake Houston Pkwy, Houston, TX 77044 and Pasadena branch is located at 1301 Highway 225, Pasadena, TX 77506

Sandra, generally, we provide a loan decision the same day and if all works out, the loan is funded as well depending on the type of loan and other outside factors. Personal loans can generally be funded the same day an application is received. Some loans may take longer such as vehicle loans and mortgages due to other parties involved. In addition to qualifying for a loan, Texas Bay is a credit union which requires membership eligibility. You may be eligible if you live, work, worship, or go to school within 10 miles of any Texas Baby branch OR within the geographic area bordered by HWY 6, FM 1960, and HWY 146. There may be other ways for eligibility so just drop by the branch or call us.
