Gulf Coast Community Service was nothing short of amazing! When I tell you, I walked in feeling defeated and nothing or no one to turn to- God turned that feeling into Happy, and Joyous! The customer service was exemplary! There was a genuine authentic loving atmosphere. You can def tell Ami, Sue, And Mr.Buford where in the business of compassion, empathy, and apathy! Review Based on Phone Customer Service. My power is off and I have 4 days to pay, or I also lose the account. To the woman who answered the phone (around 3:11pm, on 07-26-22) in the most stoic and unenthusiastic of tones, someone needing help is routine to you. For those of us on the other end, the phone call is an impactful event. Compassion in customer service goes a long way. You should sound like you care.

Good afternoon Ms. Flores. Yes, we do cover the City of Pasadena. Currently, the period to apply for assistance for this cohort is not open. The next window will open on October 3, 2022.
Yes we do offer rental payment assistance. However, the next cohort for applications will not open until June 1st. Baker Ripley and United Way Houston (2-1-1) are alternative sources for immediate needs.

Ms. Bonstaff, You can call the agency's main number and tell them your needs. I work on the Head Start side and am not familiar with the application process.
They just offered rental assistance you will have to call to see if and when the application opens up again

Check out the Head Start information. If you are a Head Start parent and your child is attending preschool at one if our centers they may have classes. It is best to call and ask someone that works in that department.
Your application for services or for employment? If for services, the service specialists will let you know the status of your app as soon as they get through it. If for employment, the recruitment team will send an email once the position has closed and/or they have moved further in the process of interviews.

You will have to call and ask them when is there next sign up for help i know you will have to attend all 4 classes. To get help once you apply they will let you know if you qualify for there assistance
