Tried to use the drive thru this morning. Emphasis on _tried_. The person on the other end apparently couldn't hear me and I could barely hear and understand them. After I got greeted a second time, I gave up and pulled off. I'd say it's a circus because it's full of clowns, but that's an insult to clowns. Clowns know what they're doing.

Used a half off coupon, and then they only gave me half my food, so fair enough. My friend opened his 6pc nugs and found just 2 inside.

Did you try the "drive through" service? Normally they do not open the restaurant part.

Did you try to drive-through? Normally they close the main store after a certain time at night.

Is there a problem that you hire Rude Employees and what is your problem that you cant ge your milkshake or Frappe fixed. Also called to see if they were fixed I'm a cancer patient your Frappes are the only thing that really taste good she hung up

Whao! So sorry about this...it all ball down to attitude of the person who received the call.each time i buy my caramel frappe ,its wipped. Dont be too upset because of your health...sure your next order will be well served..

This place is the worst. The manager Jim has no customer service skills. The staff appear to be Clueless. I'm not even sure how the same manager is still there and how the staff continue to be so slow and inconsiderate of fast food service.
