Very Horrible Business Do Not Buy From Them!!! ...smh I bought a 22 Nissan Frontier pick up truck from Houston Central Nissan..The truck was wreaked before I bought it and I was not informed. It was sold certified. I began having problems with the truck which I took the truck back up there several times and each time I was told nothing was wrong. After only 6 months the car is undriveable..Now I don't have a vehicle I can't believe that Houston Central Nissan is conducting bad business to their customers Do not buy a vehicle from them are you will be left walking. After paying $1100 a month to ride I am without a vehicle and despite having the Carfax to prove the damage was done before I bought the vehicle they refused to help I was told to file it on my insurance which is a lie ..They must want me to go to jail for insurance fraud. I have never been treated so cruel and unfairly in my life. Ever I just want to put it out there Do not buy .unless you want to be walking don't say I didn't warn you . .From a very angry customer .

Jose Lopez is the absolute BEST salesman/manager here. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of his art in car sales. He even gave my kids chips and drinks. He and Chris (the Gm) made my experience seemless. The facility is clean and the showroom is VERY impressive. I personally have never seen anything like this. What got me was the fact that they work with over 100 banks which made it easy to finance. This is really the place to go when you're in the market for a new/used car. Just look at the pictures and thats just the showroom whats on the lot is even better. Do yourself a favor and save time by coming to Central Houston Nissan and ask for Jose he is truly the best!

I had my 2016 Nissan Versa towed there for service. The service department claimed I had 4 critical parts that required repair. The total repair estimate was $2,600. The diagnostic charge was $189. I declined the estimate, paid the $189, and had my car towed to a well known local repair shop and all repairs were performed for $450. Back on the road! Just my experience with the service department.

I have had the car for 2 months and they changed various parts of it playing bingo because they don't know anything and in total they stole thousands of dollars from me and the problem was simpler they do it to steal your money it's a bad service
