Please take your dog to this place. My Sofia LOVES everyone here. She started here with Tito and Sampson at the young age of 3 months. Brooke, Mia, Amy, Ayla and all the other OG’s will treat your dog like their own dog. Unfortunately my ex and I are no longer together and there isn’t a InnTheDogHouse for me in Boca (I would only go to that doggie daycare). My Sofia was nothing but spoiled in their care. I love them all and hope one day they can open a place by me so I can bring Sofia back. Love you all And wish nothing but the best for all the dogs, their humans and employees at Inn The Dog House. I am so happy that we discovered this place! We have been to the Lake Worth and Boynton Beach locations and we are extremely happy with both! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We went to the Boynton beach location last Saturday for grooming for our 2 dogs and they came back so adorable and smelling fantastic! They even put ribbons in my girl dog that matches her harness! So cute I could die!! Love them! Will most definitely keep coming back!

We were not told that there was a $15/hr charge if you don’t pick up by a certain time. The girl on the phone was rude! Will not be taking our dog there again In response to your comments, We dropped off at 930, received text he was ready at 1150. With no mention of a 1 hr pick up window in that text. I have proof and VM. Then got another text at 150pm with the 1 hr window or be charged. Unfortunately, I was having dental work done and could not get to my phone . At 220 I was able to return the call between a break from the Dr. And that’s when I was told by the girl who was rude about the additional charges. She said I wouldn’t be charged, but she was giving me notice and would charge me the $15 for the next hour if we didn’t pick up. Since I wasn’t able to , I had to send my husband to rush over there. Which he was there before 330 . So I’m thankful you didn’t charge me , but it’s the principle of the lack of professionalism and sarcasm with you and your staff, as displayed by your response . We have been going to the lake worth location and have never heard about a 1 hr window or be charged .

Staff is polite and helpful. The building is clean and noisy meaning the dogs are having fun. Our dog likes going there and is exhausted when he gets home.
