This testing center is the best place I've ever been. I've been sick for 3 years and they accommodate me like no other if you have a test to be done MRI things like that go to this facility and they're open very late so you can go until midnight

I have been to this location several times, participating in a research study. I found the offices clean, professionally designed & comfortable. Nurses & Techs were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient , helpful & kind. The exception being today with their phone personal & Supervisor. Both of these ladies were unprofessional, rude, condescending, threathening; anything BUT kind! I called from the road to inform the center I would be a few minutes late due to construction traffic on my route. I thought I was making a curiosity call.....instead I was met with several no answers by a perso; finally, a machine, not directing me to a # I could call to actually speak to a person, but a programmed menu listing everything but what I needed.....then looking to their website (all while driving) for another #, a man answered not knowing anything about what I was saying, yet, was Kind enough to transfer me to another # which was answered. This woman operator became irrate with my explanation of the reason for my call; telling me I had to speak to her supervisor. I was placed on hold for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, I could hear what she was saying in a very condescending voice, "Listen to this". Never have I been transferred to a supervisor for a "I'm running a few minutes late call". The supervisor, now defensive, begins to question me when was I going to be, where was I, and proceeds to dictate their late policy to me; basically telling me "if" I did not arrive in a 15 minute widow of time after my appt time the appt would be cancelled. I had called to politely say I was running a few minutes late, and I was met with resistance, a condescending attitude by two staff members, more delay, and threats. I hung up; called the study coordinator to cancel the proceedures for the day that I had schuduled & went home. I most likely would have made the appt within the time perimeter I was so nastly told I had; but now feeling overwhelmed & wondering why I even called in the first place!
