Time of departure and arrival IMPUNTUAL. They never arrive on time. They are experts in punctuality. The bus is very comfortable and clean but they do not arrive at the stops at the time that is reflected on Google Map.

Garbage cans have been removed from both north and south bound. People are littering. The stairs to the pedestrian overpass are crumbling - in disrepair leading to parking lot / bus stop on southbound side. Very dangerous.

MegaBus did not show up at the Ridgewood NJ station on Saturday, Oct 2nd 2021 at 10:25am Apparently all busses were being rerouted due to a roadblock. I had to uber drom Ridgewood, NJ to Port Authority in NY to purchase a new trip with a Greyhound Bus because of this, costing me time and money. This could have been avoided with a notification about the reroute, but was not. When I called megabus the day of, the woman I spoke to said the only bus that was going out was the bus out of NYC due to a roadblock in NJ. This was the case for other bus companies. Upon arriving in NYC to get the Greyhound, it skipped Ridgewood NJ stop as well. The 10:25a bus did not show.

Truly one of the most unreliable companies. I can’t even begin to explain. Experiences where the bus never arrives because there weren’t “enough” passengers, or gets there an hour later after it’s supposed to OR teams up with Coach buses and they don’t really tell you to look out for a Coach bus clearly, but In very fine print all the way at the bottom of the order information. Waited for 1 hour in the middle of the highway, freezing pouring rain on Mother’s Day to find out I was supposed to get in a Coach bus. Horrible and upsetting experience. There really needs to be a better way to manage their processes. Incredibly unreliable and have absolutely no consideration for their customers or the service they provide.
