Green park, nice to get outside. Great for boardgames with friends. Bring a blanket, your dog and a cooler. There's several trees for shade, but those can be prime relestate during the summer. There's also bathrooms but they close around 6 or 7.

I don't think so. As long as the table is portable and collapsible, I don't think you will run into any problems.
Dogs abound at Menil Park and the surrounding neighborhood, though they're not allowed in the adjacent museum or Rothco Chapel.

There is street parking all around the Menil
I did not believe they do. It is a lovely space to walk through, however, on the way to visit the various exhibits
