HORRIBLE customer service. 20 MINUTE HOLDS to get someone every time, they refuse to give a local number, couldn't schedule a pickup because they couldn't reach someone locally to schedule, then promised a call back in 24-48 hours and i never got one. Use a local company not Shred it. Just horrible service. I've just made the switch to a local company that will actually take my call. Hey Shred it.... try actual local customer service.

Tried to reach company by phone and was on hold 20 minutes then hung up on. Calling back now 15 minutes later still on hold. Use someone else.

Attempting to find out if you're on the schedule is a 25-30 minute process if you're a corporate account.

I contacted this company originally through their website and received a call back right away to which I could not answer. I have called back several times to the direct line I was given for Elizabeth and have asked for a return phone call each time, I have not received one. Hard to get a quote or schedule anything when nobody will return a phone call.
