Quick, friendly, and professional staff. Tiffany who cut my son's hair has been doing hair for 30 years! She allowed me to hover over her and watch her technique (I was trying to learn so if I can't get to Supercuts I can cut it myself). She explained how to cut and what trimmer to buy. The cut was exactly what I asked for. We will definitely go back!

This was absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I wanted to try something new and asked for an undercut, the lady didn’t know what I was talking about so I showed her a photo. Next thing I know she’s just grabbing the electric razor and going wild on my sides. I tell her to keep the top long and the crazy lady starts cutting my top! She knew she messed up too because she was trying to tell me to use product in my hair to style it. The whole point of this hairstyle was to have the weight of the hair fall naturally to the side. I shouldn’t need gel in my hair 😑

Every month when I go to get my haircut, the stylist is so sweet. She knows how I like my hair cut. I can't believe that she can remember!! I appreciate the girls who work at this Supercuts!!

Overall worst experience at any haircut establishment I’ve ever bin to in my life. We walked in and where completely ignored by the three ladies working at this location. Two of them understandably we’re giving haircuts While the third one was slamming a big gulp down. looks like she just finished her lunch which would’ve bin fine if she just let us know we needed to wait it wouldn’t of been a problem but she completely ignored us for almost 5 minutes then casually limped over to us with an attitude and asked if we needed help. The only reason I mention her limp is so you can know who she is if you go there She then proceeded to tell me and my wife that she did not want to cut our two year old childs hair because he’s too young and will move to much, we think she was just being lazy Me and my wife are like this is the same age we got our first sons haircut done at this very same location it’s only two years later what changed. I very nicely asked her if we could try it to see if he will comply with her she’s very reluctantly agreed and began to set up her haircutting station. She had such a bad attitude and was so negative about everything me and my wife did not want to get our son‘s first haircut done by Such a ugly person, Not ugly physically but her character was ugly and full of negative energy with a permanent attitude problem we said no thanks and walked out. A child’s haircut is $17 we were prepared to give $60 for a $40 tip because we know how difficult it is to cut a toddlers hair. We’ve done this for for a son and wanted to keep up the tradition but clearly this lady didn’t want that to happen. I really wish one of the other ladies approached us instead of her it’s a shame The Supercuts is right around the corner from my house and I will never go there again. My opinion is if you don’t want to work don’t go to work You should not clock in and expect to do the bare minimum and treat people like trash just because you’re unmotivated do better Supercuts
