Great location and friendly staff. This rv park has a lot of spots which could be a plus but doesn’t feel very private, not much grass area, when we stayed it was dead. Not great for pets with the lack of grass area.

LOVE this place...BUT.. We have been coming here for years as it is such a nice park, but recently it is turning from an RV Resort to a Mobile Home Park as there are so many "permanent" residents. We usually come with a large group and over the past three years they keep dropping the number of sites we can reserve, so much that it will no longer happen at this park as it would mean turning away at least HALF of our usual group!! I can only assume due to the number of permanents taking up spots. I realize this is a business, but seriously, if you are going to have that many "permanents" just open up a "Mobile Home Park!" I mean, seriously, there are a lot of trailers with picket fences, decks and large sheds! Also, it seems there is some lack of maintenance as we rented the "Event Hall" for a dance and out of EIGHT air conditioners, NONE of them were blowing cold air and it was sweltering in there! Also, most of the site sprinklers need some attention as they are simply clogged. I turned ours on and only a dribble out of the sprinkler heads and the grass is dying. Also, the "permanents" are feeding the stray cats and one got into my tow vehicle and sprayed all over it! Unless some changes are made, goodbye Plymouth!

I am not sure how much it is monthly. You would have to contact the RV Park. It is so beautiful there.
Yes the cabin has it alll
under new ownership, call for rates. They have added 9 new bungalows with 2 vehicles parking for each. Park is always clean
Yes
49er village typically has daily, weakly, monthly, and annual options depending on availability. I would recommend calling the office, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I believe it's 2:00
Thanks all, I've tried to call earlier but couldn,'t get through. Hopefully we'll manage to check in late (it seems more like 11pm now).
Yes they do have a nice little pond with a fountain feature in the center of it, cant speak on the quality of fish caught if any but we do see people out there fishing.
Call and ask them !
Yes they do have propane. Will come fill your portable tanks or you can drive through fenced area for on board tanks. Also the ace hardware a couple blocks away has propane slightly cheaper.
Not any more...they are weeding out the "live-ins"there. Think 90 days may be the longest term!
Check in is at 12:00 and check out is 11:00 a.m... If you check in early there is a fee if the spot is available..We checked in 3 hours early and it was an extra 20.00$ fee..
