At 1st glance, you would think ho hum, however, it was anything but. No, not much to loo at, but the spaces were big, plenty of room to maneuver my 40ft travel trailer and back in. Everything was clean, relatively level site, the club house and facilities very well kept, friendly staff, great price, military discount, nice amidites like a community for pit and really good AT&T 5G, not to mention their Wi-Fi. We loved it and would stay anytime and recommend it to anyone. Just a huge value.

Was quoted $750 to $800 per month, so we are going to pass since there are spots near the lake with a view that are less per month.
