Jennifer stole a breast pump and for almost 2 years said they didn't have it. She left and I got a call it was in their office the whole time.

If you want or to waist your time,gas & personal dignity. This is the trailer park to choose. Once the current staff gets ahold all of your credit & background info they'll use it against you.In order to have a reason to deny you. From previous & current post I've read that are negative is true bc the lady in the office confirmed that the current tenant that wrote a review was just mad because she was getting evicted. Be aware that the current staff is very biased who's only there from 9am -1:00pm m-f that's if you can catch her in the office.Theres no property management company. The lady is the property management I believe.Theres no address or an office number that a person actually answers the phone calls vs leave a message & I'll get back with you in 72hrs which they won't attempt to call back. The current staff also confirmed that all online contact will be directly sent to her, which is why you'll never receive a response from management.She is Mangament & has the updated software that can dig up anyones personal info with a push of a button but will have you waiting for a decision of approval to fly out of thin air in order to just to throw denied up in the perspective tenants face.To be honest Im very offend on the highest level.Due to the poor management & unprofessionalism that I encountered at this establishment. The staff will get very offensive if you ask about the address to management Please watch how the staff switches up their demeanor with a very hostile attitude. I'm very blessed that I didn't get the lot for my rv trailer other wise they'd been trying to find another reason to kick me out. The park is in the the. OakCliff hood, however I would have been the only African American Renting a lot in the park which is sad I most definitely would have been a target in the park. Cedar Ridge Staff: Please don't come on here now trying to justify anything or bring up my personal info that you aren't supposed to disclose to the public If you aren't aware of a customers confedenalitly now you know. It's sad y'all couldn't even pick up a phone to call, mail or email me.Instead I spent a whole month back in forth to the office with the waiting game. Life goes on for people's lives before you get to being all judgemental about something you didn't experience in life & didn't take the time to inquired yet worried about the the wrong things. I wish you the best & anybody that would even consider doing business at this trailer trash park.Hopefully y'all can incorporate some color in order to bring the property value up.Its 2022 not the 1940's during the segregation days

This place is run down and trashy. It stinks. Seriously, the smell was so pungent I could almost taste it. Sorry Sam, you'll have to come visit me next time!

It's $650 a month plus electricity water sewer and all that jazz so it's actually $650 plus and they are very pet friendly they don't charge you extra fees for animals as long as you keep them confined or on a leash

About 15 minutes been there before. Very nice and the staff are very helpful.
You really need to contact them for specifics....the owners struck me to be flexible but I would not presume to know $$'s also sorta in the same region of south Dallas is a unique RV park off highway 75 at camp wisdom can't miss the huge red horse shoe shaped sign...thats all I know the unique sign plus right on the highway...maybe more travelers?...also has a Shell gas station on corner not so sure about food resources...where as Cedar Ridge more comfortable options abound

You really need to contact Cedar Ridge they have various sizes now this is up on a hill and you have a service dog if you have difficulty walking there's no smooth streets there pretty rough
