Great splash pad for the kids. There is limited shade so be prepared to share, bring your own or just wait until someone leaves. Also limited flat ground so if you bring chairs you might not have a great space for them.

Enforcement of NO DOGS allowed needs to be enforced! I am there only a couple of times a year and I see dog’s everywhere! If this rule is not enforced no dog owner will ever care.

One of the best splash pads around this area I think. More for slightly bigger kids (no toddlers), due to the cool water slide and large buckets that dumps tons of water on you. 4 stars b/c they need to have actual seating installed for adults and a few more shade structures.

Best park during quarantine. Nice grassy fields, very clean. Cool skate park and playgrounds for the kids. Only con is it's not completely fenced on a very busy road.

I think so because one day we left the water bottle and went back and were able to find it...
Yes, some by the baseball fields and some right next to the splash pad!
Yes, it's running, and I believe normal hours of operation. We have visited almost every day this week, and it has been working each time.
Unsure, I'd contact Layton Parks & Recs
they can be manually turned on on the very bottom on the back
Dogs aren't allowed.
Yes you have to reserve the pavilion. I don't know on the cost.
Yes, it runs every day of the week!
