I'm very disappointed with this location- which is now closed. When they were open, I could never get anyone on the phone, and no office hours were posted; it took me almost an entire month to even get signed up. The a sign appeared the beginning of May saying they were closing at the end of May, but the equipment starting disappearing all throughout the month where there was almost nothing left by mid May!! I have requested a refund for May but have not had one response from my several phone calls and text messages. Very disappointing and infuriating.

After 4 years at this gym I can say that I’m done. Rules are not followed, no one is held accountable, and the staff leaves much to be desired. Equipment is outdated or often broken. The staff doesn’t seem to care about it’s members or the equipment for that matter. 4 years there and they still don’t know my name. Also not power lifter friendly, one bench press, one squat rack and apparently their trainers will yell at you for deadlifting despite doing so twice a week for 4 years. Overall very disappointed in this gym as I have voiced my concerns and they have never been listened to. Leaving for greener pastures.

They say they practice being safe and being clean. Gym is usually a mess and barely ever cleaned. Gym is far from maintained appropriately. Also canceling is a major pain. This is usually associated with a shady company.

I was in town for Thanksgiving and Snap Fitness let me have a great price for a very reasonable fee. I was able to workout everyday of my visit even on Thanksgiving!! It was terrific to have a place to go and blow off some steam working out. The management was kind, friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of cardio and weight lifting options.
