Whoever your male pharmacist is needs to be let go. He seems to think it’s up to him what medications people need to be on. He refuses to fill medications written by your dr if he doesn’t like the medication your taking claiming he has the final say on what he does and doesn’t fill. He also needs his head checked because he kept saying something about the holy trinity? Seems like he has a god complex to me. I personally wouldn’t want someone like that handling my medications anyway. Me and my parents moved to smiths. They have been great and don’t question our doctor’s decisions on what medications we take.

I called and asked if they did walk ins for flu shots and whoever answered the phone apparently is the guy who determines when the flu season is over. Passive aggressive a-whole who shouldn’t be in healthcare if he doesn’t even care about customer service.

Told me 2 hours to fill a small prescription. Went back 4 hours later to be told me I have to wait a few more hours. This is not the first time this has happened there. You want something filled in a timely manner go elsewhere.
