I called late in the afternoon and that's a bad idea, so I called early today. It took about 10 minutes on hold for someone to answer. I wished I had her name because she was very nice and patient and ordered a new card for me. It helped that I wrote down all of my questions before I called so there wasn't much confusion. 7-10 and I'll have all my new cards!! Keeping my fingers crossed!!

If i could give it 0 stars i would!!! Why would you have a call center that hangs up every time you call !!! Like why!!! Take the # off ! I called 4 times back to back and they would pick up and hang up after a 27 min hold! If you hate your job and answering then why are you there !!!

I recommend you to go to their site and write a message to them so they are the one who will contact you for the next day to 3days☺️ I've been doing this for over 4months now since i gave birth and recieving mails to them. I did contact them before and i waited for like an hr but no answer so i search the fast way to contact them. Try to message them to the site of what kind of Medicaid plan u have.

Presently, you need to access this on-line. Most services are available on-line. The offices and the hours of operation are limited. If you need assistance you should contact them by phone and inquire as to the availability. You can go to 211.org to find out more information.
dwss.nv.gov Did you move? If so you always have to update your address. Providers can access eligibility with your name and birth date.
I have a nurse and therapist that comes to see me. Let me know if you need the information. I had no idea of the benefits I was missing.
You can apply online and pay they will be send to you
Go to 211.org, select the correct agency to contact, fill out the info and request on line.
That office is not to apply for Medicaid. You would need to go to a Welfare office near you to do that.
It's faster to go in. I kept having problems also.
You may have to call them to see if you can go in person to get a replacement. I believe 98% of the people are working from home.
You may apply for Medicaid for the state of Nevada online at dwss.nv.gov. To cancel your Medicaid from the other state you would need to contact that state.
What investigator office? If you are ever concerned about who or why someone is calling you, no matter what the reason, get their name, the phone number, and the agency name and call them back. Don't ever provide personal info like you SS number, bank info, etc.
For clarification, is that "taxes" or Texas"? Either way, this is a Las Vegas Medicaid District Office site.
I would assume that if you have been trying to get a card that you have applied for Medicaid and received approval? You should have paperwork reflecting that. Also, you have to re-apply, it doesn't just automatically continue, and you MUST always update your information, which includes your address, so you can respond to notifications regarding your coverage. Go to 211.org and proceed from there.
Did you apply for Medicaid in New Mexico? Did your Nevada Medicaid Lapse? Most likely you need to reapply. Have you asked to have your eligibility determined with a Nevada provider for services? You always have to update your contact information, which includes your address.
You would need to apply for Medicaid and also select the type of Medicaid you want to apply for. Dental coverage is limited based on a number of factors and not something that could be easily answered. Some coverage is limited to removal and dentures. You need to apply, however, and go from there. Also, if you can obtain employment - lots of places are hiring, you could get private dental insurance or company sponsored dental insurance.
https://www.medicare.gov/Pubs/pdf/11306-Medicare-Medicaid.pdf Read up and then re-read.
Contact your local Welfare office and speak to someone about this. If they can not assist you, ask for the local Medicaid website. I am assuming from what you wrote you are in Illinois?
To determine which site will be most appropriate depending on needs, go the dwss.nv.gov www.nevadahealthlink.com is where you can calculate eligibility mss.anthem.com for Medicaid Anthem BC myhpnmedicaid.com for HPN (Health Plan of Nevada) Medicaid www.cms.gov is a site for Consumer assistance in determining what you want and how to accomplish it. There is also FFS Medicaid...
You can complete the form on-line and submit the request on-line directly to the County in which your son was born. Go to the County Site. You can google it if you don't know.
You would need to reapply and update your address to Nevada. States have different Medicaid guidelines. You always have to update your address, however, so as to not miss updates, etc.
Depending on what type of program you are applying for you can either visit local office or apply online at https://dwss.nv.gov/apply. To find local office you can visit dwss.nv.gov/Contact/Welfare/
Go on dwss.nv.com and make a change of address it's all you need to do.
www.nevadaarc.com The Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) available under MIPPA are administered by the state's Medicaid agency. These programs help consumers pay for Medicare premiums and co-pays. This benefit can save consumers at least $104.90 per month. In the state of Nevada, there are four categories of eligibility. Program Requirements - Are age 65 or older. Receive Social Security Disability benefits. People with certain disabilities or permanent kidney failure (even if under age 65). Meet standard income and resource requirements. Go to the site noted above.

www.nevadahealthlink.com Go to this site to determine eligibility.

Try nevadahealthlink.com
If my income goes up to 16,000 I will still qualify for medicaid
Go to dwss.nv.gov
https://www.healthinsurance.org/nevada-state-health-insurance-exchange/ Go to this site - it has a ton of info about the marketplace and updated information on enrollment, purchase, affects from covid, etc.
You would need to obtain an award letter through the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services. Their locations can be found at dwss.nv.gov.
At any nearest medicaid office.
Did you not provide them the insurance information when you went for services? Did you have coverage then and did the office accept your type of Medicaid insurance? Normally, you would provide all of that information prior to services. You will need to give that to the radiology office and ask to speak with their billing department.
