Usually nice well mannered here, but had a attitude with my elderly Mother who lost a partial tooth on Wednesday, so I called, they made me Saturday appointment I was greatful, I said I didn't know you were open Saturday Thank you. When we got there on Saturday waited a while in front, then in the back after xrays, girls were yelling couldn't this waited for a week day, this is no emergency! I was like surely not talking about us? Then another lady said this could of waited for Monday! My Mom was nervous as it was, she ask did we do something wrong? Im like no Mom were fine. Another girl said Sorry im leaving this is not an emergency. Pointed to my Mom. I said to us it is. Get better staff who cares for their patients. Rude. My Mom was so scared. They didn't even pull out partial tooth, after they said that. Very sad these young girls don't have no people skills, my mother is elder and embarrassed of losing her teeth., they had no compassion. Dentist himself seem rushie too.

I recommend Newport Dental in Riverside 110%.I was referred by a family friend for my daughters wisdom teeth extractions. Everyone had a smile, greeted us when we walked in , asked us if we were comfortable and treated us with the utmost respect. My daughters procedure went very well and Shane and Dr. Zarrabi kept me informed of what to expect and let me know how things were going throughout the process. I highly recommend this office for dental appointments and procedures. The office was very clean and neat as well. Thank you Dr. Zarrabi and Shane and all of the employees with Newport Dental you exceeded my familes expectations.

Dr. Shaffie and staff are amazing. I was in pain and needed great assistance. Without proper dental insurance and unable to focus because of the pain, the Newport Dental team truly made my days and nights so much better.
