LVVWD uses the most remedial payment system possible. I’m trying to make a payment on Thursday 10/6. My bill is due on Monday 10/10 but their system is dumber than Joe Biden and for no good reason other then incompetence, the first available date to process a payment according to their system was on Tuesday 10/11. Get your act together, Clowns!

Its a take off of Terry Tate. Look it up on Youtube. Its funny. If this bothers you, then you must have a perfect life and nothing to do, so just stop watching it. The rest of the public has bigger things in life to worry about than a damn commercial, especially since we already know its a take-off from the office linebacker video from 14 years ago.

The treatment plant is in Boulder City, NV. The 1001 S. Valley View Blvd. are the administrative offices.
Yes. If you have paid your water bill in full (it is not past due), and you have already fixed the leak (you will need proof/receipt of repair) there is a form on their website that will grant you a 'credit' for the excessive water use - caused by the leak.
Depends on where you live. The City of North Las Vegas is the contact. If you live in an apartment complex, it might be the complex management. The Las Vegas Valley Water District provides whole sale water to the CNLV. The do not provide retail. They are not the ones to contact.
No one knows
How much pay my bill
Contact your water utility. There are a few in the LV valley, so it depends on where you live. The can check the pressure available at your meter. If the pressure is good at that point, you'll need to call a plumber to see where the pressure loss is on your side of the meter.
Call 702-258-SAVE for more information.
The Water Dstrict just asks that you let them know when you're filling your pool so that they know the extra water use is something you're aware of. If not they will send a technician to check the meter and make sure there's not a leak issue.

The average hardness for the LVVWD distribution system is 270 ppm. The results are reported here. https://www.lvvwd.com/water-quality/reports/summary-las-vegas-valley.html
Probably calcium. We have very hard water here.
You might have a leak somewhere.
Go to LVVWD.com. You can find your answer there.
Have you spoke to anyone yet???
Republic Services can handle that.
Because the water dept sucks!
You can report water waste violations online at www.lvvwd.com.
Contact customer service at the water district and let them know. They will put you in touch with the appropriate department.

Yes
It's just air bubbles from ground water, nothing to worry about.
I'd call them. Also, it may be a homeowner issue.

Only LVVWD can answer that question. You should ask them.
